1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of Anorra® (“Anorra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Anorra® is a product owned and operated by PYFECTA INC., based in the State of Missouri, United States. These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy, Comments Policy, Brand Assets Use Policy, and Product Usage Restrictions contained herein (collectively, “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Anorra® website located at https://anorra.ai (the “Website”) and any Anorra® software, whether accessed online, downloaded, or provided via physical media such as hard drives.

By accessing or using our Website or any Anorra® product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Website and all Anorra® products.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Anorra® solely for the internal business purposes of the purchasing entity. This license is restricted to employees of the purchasing business and may not be extended to contractors, affiliates, or third parties without our express written consent.

2.3 Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of Anorra® or its components.
• Resell, redistribute, rebrand, or white-label Anorra®.
• Install or use Anorra® on any unlicensed device or location.
• Use Anorra® for any purpose unrelated to the purchasing business.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

2.4 Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any applicable law.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without authorization.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.

2.5 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Anorra® and all related content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or $100, whichever is greater.

4. Comments Policy

4.1 User Responsibilities

Users are prohibited from posting content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Spam, hate speech, and abusive behavior are not permitted.

4.2 Moderation & Ownership

We reserve the right to remove or retain any comment at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to remove content even if flagged. By posting comments, you grant Anorra® an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your comments.

5. Brand Assets Use Policy (Logos & Anorra® Character)

5.1 Scope

This policy governs public use of our official Anorra® logos and the Anorra® character (“Brand Assets”).

5.2 Logos

• Allowed for both commercial and non-commercial use under these conditions:
• No modification, recoloring, distortion, or extraction of elements.
• Cannot imply endorsement or partnership without our written permission.
• May only be used in compliance with these Terms.

5.3 Anorra® Character

• The Anorra® character is a proprietary creative work protected under copyright and trademark law.
• You may not modify, animate, alter, or create derivative works of the character.
• The character must always be linked directly to https://anorra.ai.
• No use in political, derogatory, or unrelated commercial contexts.
• No inclusion in AI training datasets without express written consent.

5.4 Enforcement & DMCA

Unauthorized use of Brand Assets may result in legal action, including DMCA takedown notices, copyright infringement claims, and pursuit of damages.

6. Anorra® Product Usage Restrictions

• License is non-transferable and tied to the purchasing business.
• Use limited to employees of the purchasing business.
• Installation only on licensed devices/locations.
• No resale, rebranding, or incorporation into other products.
• We reserve the right to audit compliance and revoke access for violations.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Anorra® shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Missouri, USA, in the English language. You waive the right to participate in any class action. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Website or Anorra® constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
